We assess
A free site visit: switchboard, bays, cable routes, and how many neighbours are ready to charge.

The building says yes
We fund the install and hand the committee everything it needs — proposal, compliance, insurance, motion wording.

You plug in
Book the shared bay, charge overnight, pay per kilowatt-hour. We own, monitor and maintain it for the long haul.
One shared charger covers the building
Chargers sit in one or more designated common bays that participating residents use in rotation — park, charge overnight, move on. A typical driver needs about one substantial session a week, so a single 22 kW charger comfortably serves multiple EVs, with fair-use rules, app-based availability and idle-time management built in from day one.
